MS Paint pasting problem

When I try and paste a transparent image on MS Paint it seems to always have a black background around it and I don't know how to get rid of it. If anyone has any answers I'd really apprieciate it. It's using Vista by the way just thought I'd add that in

MS Paint doesn't support transparencies.

You'll have to look at a more developed image editing programs like Hidden Content , Photoshop or PaintShop Pro to name but three.
