    Angry Apple Icloud removal

I have purchased an apple iPhone SE, I am trying to set it up but the phone is asking for the original apple id that was used to setup the phone. Can any point me in the right direction in order to activate my phone please.

I think it will be the person's ID that own it before that you will need to reset it, as if I was to reset mine it will ask for my ID.

I tried a factory reset using iTunes, But even then it will ask for apple id that was used, to setup the phone (this id would be the previous owner). I have tried to contact the original owner but I had no joy. Please could anyone help me.

At a guess, i would contact apple, confirm that the phone is not stolen, then they may be able to reset the phone for you ??

As said above contact apple and if the phone is not stolen then they should reset it for you.
