probs installing itunes
I was running w10 then got a virus so did a clean install (used kill disc) and installed w7 never had any probs with the copy before and I got this message
I thought it was my copy of w7 so reinstalled w10 but have still got the same prob . Do I need a new os or could it be a hardware prob ? I have the same prob with incredimail I never had this before thanks for looking

Uninstall your copy, also see note 2 here Hidden Content
Download a fresh copy and install as admin, might also be worth disabling your antivirus.

Thank you berley but still no joy I have tried to run it as admin with and with out the antivirus enabled but it comes up with the same thing , I even tried downloading it using microsoft edge I read some were to use that but still no joy .That's what makes me think when I reinstalled w7 it didn't install something when it loaded having said that I installed w10 afterwards using the Microsoft update tool I thought that would cure it . May be I need a up to date copy of w7 . I did Delete any of the folders should they exist but being as It never installs I can not find anything to delete

I think it’s worth running a system file check to give you confidence that windows installer components are installed okay.
Can’t post a link to the Microsoft article about system file check.
I believe the command you need to run is afc /scannoe
