    Installing cable/service xml files?

So i can put in the lost discovery channels,I have just looked through my pc,and found a batch of files named cables.xml,is this the same as the now service files,as i downloaded them off the old site when it was running,if so i may be able to use these. Do i use the image flash assistant to put these files on,or do i need a different software for the files??

Just done exactly the same - all you need is the services.xml file - ftp it to /var/tuxbox/config/zapit/ then reboot

Have a search through the forums and read PT-1's great help file - all the info is there Hidden Content

Look for a services and bouquet file for your area and ftp them into the /var/tuxbox/config/zapit/ directory

ultrafxp is a free download ftp program
