    Slowly loosing Channels

Channels are disappearing on my DBox then re appearing in unsorted channels in bouquets as BICS 1 to 30. Some of the channels keep changing names. ie ITV 4 goes to Arsenal TV although still showing ITV 4 programs then when New Channel shows up goes back to ITV 4. Next day it's gone again to Arsenal TV. Some channels are even duilicatedie Setanta Sports is there twice but one channel is infact ITV 3

    Any suggestions welcome please

Alot of the channels on my dbox went the other day. I had to do a re scan and re do the channel list. they must have been moving the channels about as they are all back now

    Re: Slowly loosing Channels

    Thanks so far
    Using laky - sylas image
    Nottingham Pure?
Seems to change backwards and forwards after each occasion it coes up on screen "Reloading Channel List"
Not tried a reflash yet (LAST OPTION)dont think that's the problem.
Going to look for something in image like auto channel update or similar and then disable it to see if that cures problem.
Can xml for bouquets channel list be edited ie channel BICS 1 which is in fact ITV3 edited and then uploaded back to DBox
    Thanks

Press dbox, services, service scan turn sections scan/background scan to off change bouquets to leave existing then press red to save
reboot the box check that the settings you just changed have saved then do a scan and see what you get.

    Re: Slowly loosing Channels

Bouquet Wizard is a handy tool to have (are you networked to the dbox ?) lets you import your services/bouqets and edit them with the intuative gui.
renaming is easy, adding channels manually, and quite a few other useful abilities.

once you get things sorted from dissapearing you should give it a try, always backup your service/bouqets before doing anything major (i consider a full rescan major and backup even for that Hidden Content )

    regards
