- MPHDowngrader
Installation :
- Create a UPDATE folder in PSP/GAME/ folder of your memory stick
- Copy EBOOT.PBP (update 1.50) in UPDATE folder

ok so if i try this and my psps turns into a brick, is there a way of getting it back ?
No . So I have heard
you can revive a bricked psp but to do it you need to install the new modchip that has just been released
If it's a 2.01, you wont brick it. The only ones that will are the newer PSP's with the newer motherboard. (with the TA082 sticker inside the UMD slot)
This' correct. Just make sure you follow the instructions to the tee, and you wont have a problem. The latest version of the downgrader that i checked even has a specific step with an image showing/telling you how to make sure that your PSP is the correct version. Once downgraded you can enjoy homebrew like the rest of us.
Do you know when the TA082 m'board was released. I'm trying to buy a used PSP off Ebay, but want to make sure its not a TA082.
PM the seller to find out what model it is.
