A rented 2021 Lamborghini Urus reportedly caused serious damage to a duplex in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in late July after it blew through a stop sign, struck another SUV in an intersection, launched some 20 feet into the air and then burst into a large fireball. The incident took place just after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 24 at the intersection of Northwest Seventh Avenue and 11th Street. Surveillance video captured the moment that the white Lamborghini truck, which was reportedly rented from a company in Miami, blew through a stop sign at a high rate of speed. The footage itself isn’t perfect, but the force of the impact is on full display. The Lamborghini spun away from the Nissan SUV that struck it before getting airborne, smashing into the roof of the duplex in the process. The high-dollar SUV then made its final landing on the opposite side of the duplex, which was unoccupied at the time.
