In your normal desktop Download this addon and the ones i have attached

Start xbmc
Now scroll over to the far right on the main slide bar past videos,music,programs to system, go to settings, add-ons, install fron zip file and browse to were you downloaded the addons and install them one by one (install mash2k3 before movie25 otherwise you will get an error)

once all have installed press escape until you get back to main screen then go along to videos then addons you will see all them that you have installed

You should have

bbc iplayer
itv player
navi-x
mashup
Sportsdevil

go to and enter mash up go to bottom and click on sports you will get a list up, scroll down to
KLm05 sports and enter then go to sky F1 link it will fire up and might freeze for a few seconds but then kicks in
other channels in that list have multi links so just see which work but they always get updated for you Hidden Content

Also in the main mash up sports list try mash sports and of course all the other ones in in mash up there is loads to choose from Hidden Content

In add-ons go to sportsdevil then go to live sports and try each one Stopstream is usually consistent

for the rest the other plugins you have installed just have a play Hidden Content

there are plenty of plugins you can get and try from here

If you want TVcatchup (which isn't tvcatchup really its live tv)
Download and install this repository
Then go to settings, add-ons, install fron zip file and browse to were you downloaded the addon and install it
now go to get addons,TVcatchup XBMC add-ons,video add-ons click on the first TVcatchup and install it,
exit all the way out to home screen and go to Video,addons and click on TVcatchup 1.4.8 and let it load and there shoul;d be around 31 tv channels you can watch live.

Movie25 is mashup Hidden Content
Make sure you have installed tvcatch and iplayer re install them and look at the bottom right of the screen and see what pop up message it says if it says ok
follow the instructions in my previous post

Cartoon HD addon install as above then it will be in home screen, video,add-ons

Istream addon install same as above then
go to programs, click on istream installer then click fix my istream
exit out of xbmc completely then start it up again
go to programs, istream installer and choose the xunityMod once finished say no to change skin
exit back to home screen and go to system,settings,appearance, click on skin in right window and change to the skin you just installed
once its changes skin change it back to confluence skin
now underneath skin click settings look to left menu and choose addon shortcuts
look down to home page video sub menu
click add-on 1 and choose istream (NOT istream installer) choose which other add-ons you want a shortcut to on 4-5
scroll down to home page programs submenu and click 1 and put navi-x in there
exit out to home screen now you will have shortcut icons underneath the main menu's

Istream is very good for search for movies
go to your shortcut or video add-ons and open istream
go to movies,most voted then move your cursor to the left edge of the screen a menu will appear click on and change the view to the one hi-lited in the picture then move cursor off menu to close it now you should get a write up and picture of dvd cover when you move over a movie
might take a bit to populate
