    Logitech wireless keyboard problem

    Ive got a wireless keyboard and mouse which i am using at the moment,

    the mouse works fine but after a format the keyboard quick launch keys have stopped working, its a Logitech medion Y-RK56-A,

    i have searched on the logitech website but no drivers are availible, i do remember have a control panel before and i could program each key as i wished, for example if i pressed "Favorites" the Calulator would start

    this is the set i have

    in device manager it shows as a HID keyboard device, i have tried uninstalling it but it just redects as the same

    any ideas?

    @thesparky Red's link should see you fine. Logithech did the sensible thing earlier this year and consolidated their keyboard and mouse drivers into the SetPoint control centre.

    @nao Take a look at the Logitech's wireless Wave keyboard: Available in Hidden Content and Hidden Content options.

    thanks lads, i did try set point but didnt have any tool tabs, have now updated to version 6.15.6, but still no tabs,

    i dont even have the file wdf01000.sys

    If there is nothing on the Medion website, see if there is a driver or driver suite on driverguide.com.

    I remember while back I bought wireless keyboard and mouse from Netto Supermarket and it stopped working after few weeks and I tried every trick on the book with no success, I then replaced with new psi keyboard and wireless mouse and I found out I had virus in the system which was causing the wireless mouse not to function and when I got reed of virus all was sorted, I would suggest you to look into your PC to see if you have not got any virus.

    ok dont know if i done right but bought a brand new alba wireless kb and mouse got it for ?10 so no idea how good or crap it mite be :Hidden Content :i have an idea for putting my puter up in loft and hope to post more piccies of how it is after i get evrything together
