    Re: cable clips

there is no fool proof way of doing this ....

the best way i found if its for your own house and you wanna put in the effort

is get 1 1/4" screws raw plugs and a drill remove the nail and use the screw

to time consuming to do it all the time but for your own installation its well worth it

good fixing and they end up nice and straight

    Re: cable clips

i know this might sound silly but

use a smaller lighter hammer like a pin hammer (use for puttin panel pins into wood) into the pointing,if you dont have any pointing if its all pebble dash
it should be ok anywhere, ive never had a prob with puttin cable clips into
    walls where i am

if that dont work you can use an hilti gun
