Hi rigga
To answer your question i would have to say NO
Most cheap sat receivers as knowen as FTA receivers and that means only free to air.
But it also depends on what type of receiver it is and also what channels ect you are after ?
There is not many FTA Sports channels now free to get unless you have a good receiver, and some times paying ?79.99 you would be much better off to put some extra money to it (not much more) and get a well knowen one and you would be supprised what you cna get.
The Dream Boxes are a good receiver.
As i have not seen details of the exact product your on about, i very much doubt the dish will be any bigger than 80cm and depending on your location that may or may not be relevant for your location but in this instance i would scrap the whole idea of purchasing this product and put another 20quid or so towards your budget and get your self a dreambox500s clone..this receiver wil cost you about 75quids and with the remaining 25quid you can get yourself a 90cm dish with a lnb and mounting brackets..
Then after you get use to how things work and want to experiment more you can look at a motor to motorise your setup..
Its every penny worth the extra 20quid
