If the film is under the size of your cds and you have a dvd player that will play the format eg.SVCD, DIVX and you have nero installed you should be able to double click the silver square symbol with a cd in the middle andit should open upa page that says burn in it just stick a cd in and click burn.

You can play bin and cue files with VLC player on your pc without needingto do anything to them just open the biggest file with VLC.

I use Nero or Alcohol 120 most times but have also found Fireburner to be useful sometimes it just depends plus if i need to convert a movie to dvd first i use Winavi video converter to convert it then burn it hope this helps . If your wanting just to watch the movie and not to burn to dvd the get VLC player and just drop the iso file into it and it will play it .

yep Nero or if you want to rip the movie use ISO Buster, it can open the image and you can extract just the bit you want.
