I have read it is possible to put a SB4200E on a TW line, but is there any particular FW version I need? Currently the modem is up and working but unable to latch onto a signal (up or down, using correct MAC)

FIBERWARE-2.02
VxWorks: 5.3

Can any one point me in the right direction....

Thanks for the FW upload... i have uploaded it but this problems has now changed shape, the modem is not responding and is not sending out any packets on the Eth port either. bad to worse! Only the power light is on!
