Could we have a Spellchecker built into the forum? It would save a lot of time posting because you would'nt have to keep previewing your entire post looking for typo's etc. It could be turned on or off depending whether you wanted to use it or not. Takes me ages to write my long rambles sometimes, as I don't want to show my ignorance and it would help Lainebabes to stop making people impotent all the time. :9:

I know of a Free web spell checker, but not sure if it would work in a forum or not. It works with IE 6 and above. I use it for other things, but never tried it on here, or with any posts I have made here. I will give it a go later on and see what happens.

It is an .EXE file which does not need to write to the registry or anything otherwise I would not be able to use it here at work, as we cant install anything on these PC's as we have no rights etc.

Regards,
NMC.

P.S. I could also do with using it sometimes.........lol

Poor Berley, I think she has enough to do, :cry3: Might be a job for Loco though as he's always "looking for work", would certainly keep you busy Loco,:-?

I would like to see a spell checker. I always use one at work as my spelling is not the best. It's also good for finding typos, that I call spelling mistakes.

Cheers

I?m sure Gazer has plenty to do in his spare time,
however if he could find just a ?little minute? to devote to this worthy cause it would save all us mere mortals from having to worry about our spelling.

 Thanks for the work you put in Gazer. As the thread starter I suppose its sods law that I am using Firefox and so will have to wait for part two. On behalf of the internet explorees though I am sure some members will find this useful and show their appreciation, by using the reputation button. :support:
