remove power and then re-insert - then hold down CH+ and CH- simultaniously until you get into the menu

Cheers thanks

Does anyone know that numbers should come up on the menu for a 'Good' quality signal, at the moment I think mine is pretty borderline and says 'Poor'

Cheers

around 30 - 35 db would be fine but you signal qaulity could also be poor due to substandard cables and splitter configurations.

Should be green or good, yellow/amber is boderline and red is bad.

On the plus side the Pace 4000n box can handle a weak signal much better then say a Samsung 2100 which can/will start to stutter and freeze the pic. This is 1 of the supposed reasons why n@l won't install Sammys in an excw area as the signal to start off with crap due to all the crap cabling that Videotron installed years ago.
