Hey Guys!

Quick one, just wondering, is DAB radio now being superseeded by internet streaming?

Yes!
Strangled by unfocussed, greedy governments determined to wring every last penny from selling off the spectrum at the expense of quality/bandwidth, relegating DAB to the level of an average FM signal.
Boxes that look like transistor radios, some seem to be even in mono! Not much wonder slow takeup in cars and domestic listening alike. Switchover dates 12th of never, I hope. Could have been great, now we can only bury it with Betamax, V2000 and the LaserDisc.

Dab is not doing very well if you are looking for quality there are only a handful of Stereo 128 kbps in MP2 the majority of Music & talk stations are in 48 to 64 kbps MP2 the new medium wave there is little hope for Dab+ in the UK atm,

As mentioned Internet Radio has much better quality 128 to 320 kbps in MP3, AAC or WMA
