Hey ship is there a way to display a clock with hands in windows?

Shipoftheline

No reason is it wouldn't really be a screensaver because although the hands would be moving nothing else would so you could end up with screen burn's, the digital one is always moving ;)

What software do you use to flick through different pictures stored on you PC?

I know someone who nealy got divorced because of this type of software. He had some pictures of himself and another lady that he had taken with his mobile phone. He stored these on the computer in a hidden directory. His wife downloaded some screensaver software. The software somehow managed to see the hidden directory and started flicking through the hidden pictures. From what I understand there was no pictures of his face but she recognised a tatoo.

He had a black eye when he told me the story and sleeping at his mums...

I use the standard Windows XP screensaver (XP logo appears on random places on the screen).

I WOULD LIKE TO RE-WRITE THE RULES ON SCREENSAVERS...

1) It should not use a lot of CPU processing power.

2) It should not use a lot of graphics progressing power.

3) It should not require large power usage, and thus not overheat the system or cause the cooling fans to go into overtime (save power - save the planet).

4) It should not need to access the hard drive, apart from the initial loading of the program.

5) It should not need to use a lot of memory when running.

6) It should cover the entire screen and not a sutpid bouncy large graphic that misses the corners.

7) It will not interfear with any background process: Back-ups, degrafmentation, virus scans, DVD/video conversions, networking, printing or using Bit Torrent etc.

I've only seen one true screen saver EVER!!! It was on a Mac Classic, it was a one pixel dot that started at the top left of the screen, travelled right to the end of that line, then started on the next line, travelled right, started on the next pixel line down and travelled right........... At the very bottom right of the screen, it started all over again at the top left.

t.

You can already do all of them apart from 4 because you need the OS to tell the computer what to do
