I think American Pie was a good comedy not so keen on it now but when it first came out i was the right age for it and i really enjoyed it!

all three american pie movies have good moments so they cant be completley dismised the disco scene with stiffler in american pie the wedding had me in stitches,also some of martin lawrence's stuff is good i enjoyed blue streak and big mommas house although bm's house 2 is poor in comparison so avoid unless apsolutley nessecery

I think the best film ive seen is the Richard Prior film.

where he hires a guy to drive his Saab turbo accross America to his new home, but the guy fails to mention he has 6 different personalities.

And the removal company that never delivers his stuff, and the house he buys which is just a shell.

If you can get it - watch it

Guys guys guys. You miss the greatest comedy of all. Classic British Comedy. Steptoe and Son, Hancock's Half Hour. All made movies (films) as well as half hour specials. They used to command audiences of 30 million plus. Anybody else out there agree?

Does anybody remember it's a Mad Mad Mad Mad world' I'am not sure if there one Mad to many but it a great comedy with a great cast. Also Blazing Saddle another gem.

Does anyone remember the Eric Sykes almost silent comedies, The Plank and Mr. H is late? They were hilarious. The Plank has been on telly a few times.
I also liked the One Foot In the Grave specials, if they count? :tv:

has to be any laurel and hardy films,any cheech and chong films,and some
mother's do av them,mr bean aswell

@ diablo13 was there a film called rhubard which starred eric sykes and co
i seemed to remember a film of that title when i was younger

@ Magnu, yes I seem to remember Rhubarb, the whole dialog of the film was rhubarb and nothing else lol. If I remember right it was a Spike Milligan film with loads of known comic names of the time like Eric Sykes, Jimmy Edwards etc. You got me thinking now, I will have to google it or look on the Pirate puddle for a download. :wink:
