View Full Version : Tips for screwing

If a screw won't untighten, try tightening it a quarter turn, it should slacken off a bit easier.
If the head has turned out of a screw (common with pozidrive screws tightened with a phillips head driver/bit), get a hack saw and cut across the head of the screw. This should allow you to use a flat bladed screwdriver to remove the screw.
