View Full Version : channels go off on v polrity openbox s9

i have openbox s9 on sky minidish with a quad lnb when i put one sat feed into openbox h/v polrity all channels work fine
when i attach second sat feed to my normal sky box all channels on v polrity on openbox go off

yep funnily enough i was just looking at this on ebay and this will solve your issue as i made a similar thing myself

To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. if you wanted to make your own you would need a diode 1N4007 1A 1000V and some f plugs and 2 f sockets and a metal tin (to make earth between 2 f sockets)

or if you have another box nearby like i have a dm500 you can simply just use the loopthru of the dm500 into openbox and that will work too.

i do have a dm500 but dont know what you mean by loopthru

if the dm500 is close by then use a wire with an f plug on each end (the satellite type) put that wire from dm500 antenna out to openbox lnb in and put the main satellite feed from your dish into the dm500 input

then dont turn on the dm500 keep it turned off at the back job done enjoy!

very handy spin thanks.i have been using an inline amp with mines but some mates having probs with there`s.i`ll recommend they get this to try
