as long as its an hd box the 3d part will be ok ,as for epg it depends on what image is on the box and which one you choose ,avi files? vlc will cope with that, cccam ? a doddle to put on ,as for box am not the best person to ask as im biased to the vu+duo and the dream box 800 hd the vu +duo being tghe fact that it has twin tuners and a 1 terabyte HDD and can pause live tv and record as can the 800 hd only it dont have twin tuners but can pause and record again with internal hdd or external

Xtrend ET5000 or VU+ Solo will do all of what you ask, but regards playback of avi, please remember these are first and foremost a satellite receiver, not media-player. No one guarantee all avi playback.

Which ever you do choose, dont forget this http://www.world-of-digital.com/forums/showthread.php?43537-%C2%A35-discount-off-any-satellite-receiver-we-stock-to-forum-members-only!
