Does anyone know when BBC 2 will be broadcast in HD on Sky or freeview for that matter? Seems odd BBC 1, ITV, Chan 4, Five are all HD but BBC 2 isn't. There's even BBC HD???

I'm still hoping that Film4 will go HD. They talked about it a while ago but no luck so far. Does anyone know when this may happen?

depends on your set up and what box your using ,Some things on SKY are broadcast in 1080i but other things such as live football are 720p because progressive scan is better than interlaced for live events like that. If you set your HD box to automatic resolution you will see this switching occur
