Download the new:http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.0_iphoneos-arm.deb

There are a few different ways you can install however the simplest for most people would be...

- FTP into your phone using something like iSutal, WinSCP, iFunBox etc.
- Navigate your way to the folder /private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall (If you get to the Media folder and find that there is no Cydia folder then you just need to manually create one. Same with the AutoInstall folder. THEY ARE CASE SENSITIVE!!)
- Now drag and drop the cydia_1.1.0_iphoneos-arm.deb
file that you downloaded above into that folder
- Reboot your device and that's it!

or alternative way..

* This requires your iPhone to already be jailbroken.
** You must be on the same wireless network with your iPhone and computer at the same time for this to work.

1.) Install OpenSSH onto your jailbroken iPhone through either Cydia, Icy, or Installer (this may have already been done during the jailbreak process depending on how you did it)

2.) Download WinSCP from WinSCP :: Download and install it on your computer.
3.) To find the IP of your iPhone, goto your settings.app and click on Wifi > YourNetwork*
(*the current wireless network you are connect to)
4.) When you run WinSCP it will open a window like below. Fill in the IP of YOUR iPhone not the IP listed and then put in the following credentials and click “save” for later or just “login” to not save your information for later uses (personal preference).
User name: root
Password : alpine

5.) A window as seen below will pop up and you need to click yes.

6.) If all is successful then you will see a window like the one below with your computer’s file structure on the left and your iPhone’s on the left.
