How to keep your paint roller tray perfectly clean while painting.
Before you load your paint roller tray, wrap a plastic bag all around and over it, so that when you're finished painting or even changing colour, all you have to do is throw away the bag, and your tray is spotless! :trustme:

That's a decent wee tip m8...
Also, cover the walls in clingfilm...if the paint job is crap or you dont like the colour just peel off and start again :) :)

Sounds like a wicked tip.....im a bit lazy when it comes to cleaning paint trays.
I use them untill the layers of paint make it become unusable, then i buy a new one.
Gonna save me some dosh...nice 1

you can also buy cheap inserts that sit inside the paint tray and just remove afterwards. They're easier to clean than the tray itself and are cheap enough to throw away if you can't be bothered. Not as cheap as a plastic bag maybe but I'd imagine a lot easier to work with
