When I got my new telly I asked the driver about lining up a dish. Now he works for Richer Sounds and does installations, so not just a delivery man. Anyway he said that if you bring up the signal strength meter on your telly, either it's own or from your receiver, you can move the dish till you get the best signal strength and details shown onscreen. So there should be no need to buy a signal strength meter extra?
Not sure if this is helpful to you Magnu, but it may save you a bit on getting a man in? From what I have been told, the problems are usually lining the dish up exactly to the satellite, as the angles and degrees are very precise, rather than actually finding the satellite. If you are mounting it somewhere easy to get at, like in a garden, then it might be worth trying it yourself first?
No such luck for me as it has to be mounted high up on a building wall!:49:
