You only need to extract 1 file

so extract the first one and they all be extracted is that including the pars

I presume they are named:

xxxxxxx.r00
xxxxxxx.r01
xxxxxxx.r02 etc etc

Highlight them all, right click and press Extract Here, Or Extract... depending on where you want it to go.

It will start extracting, then it should ask you if you want to replace the file, click "Yes to All" and leave to finish.

Then Voila! Watch away! :D

google "quickpar" mate the par files are there to reapir any corrupt rar files.
install quickpar then run it associate it with par2 and sfv files. check auto repair. it should check all the rar files and if any are missing or damged it will repair them upto 15-20% of missing data.
then right click on any of the rar files and choose extract to then name a location to place the movie. it should extract all files in the correct order.
sometimes a movie is split with a programme called hjsplit especially movies because raring them takes a long time and they don't really compress much so there is no benefit to rarring them.
jhsplit files bare the extensions 001,002,003 ect and not r01,r02 ect thats how you can tell the difference.

aslong as the files are .r00 etc if they are just .001 they maybe HJ-Split files. try File Splitters, freeware and multi-platform: HJSplit (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. for info.

I always use winrar wizard to open files, including multiple files, just remember where you send them.
Seems to always be ok for me.
