Windows XP mode and Windows Virtual PC has now reached release candidate. This is a free download available to those using the Professional, Ultimate of Enterprise versions.

Windows Virtual PC requires a CPU with the Intel? Virtualization Technology or AMD-V™ feature turned on. This feature must be enabled in the system BIOS. For details on how to enable, visit the Configure BIOS page or check with your computer manufacturer.
Mines not capable, will have to continue with good old VM

Oh yea nearly forgot to say. you pc should be capable of hardware virtualization. This might need to be enabled within your bios.
