you will need a eletric mitre saw to cut the agles cleanly.
then set the blade to 90 degree and most importantly you must keep the cornice stood up so it is sat on the saw the way it would be sat on the unit .and when it come to gluing the joints you would be best to joint a mirte glue witch is like a super glue and comes with a spray as well to clean the areas ready for gluing.

if your units are just square then the only angle you will have to cut is 45 degree's

Make sure you cut the cornice the way it will sit when fitted to te unit

u will need screws to fix it to the unit, there are a few ways of fixin, choc blocks, angle bracket, screw through the unit

Use mitre mate to glue the joints

if you have a helper make it up in sections and fix to the units

Hope this helps in away lol
