Hi all,

I'm just back from America where a friend of mine had a waterproog Casio mobile phone (G-Shock Type-R). I tried to but one today, but they are only available with a American contract!

Fujitsu and Sony Ericsson also have waterproof models, but I cannot find anywhere to buy them, even with the help of Google and ebay.

Is this a conspiracy by the manufacturers so I keep replacing drownded items?

Any ideas where I could get my hands on one?

Thanks in anticipation.

we use those on the surf rescue and on the cave rescues teams
[amazon have them in stock]

else ofcourse there are numerous waterproof cases

You could try this one
JCB TOUGH PHONE: Electronics & Photo: Amazon.co.uk (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. it costs a bit more but i am sure if you search you could find it cheaper, remember because they make them tough and water proof (or at least splash proof)the specs are a bit basic
