Was given this by a very helpfull member of another forums. Not my work, but i've tested on a PSP slim & worked perfect.

This Universal Un-bricker Easy Installer will create a magic memory stick from a standard Memory Stick Pro Duo; this in conjunction with a Pandora battery or a Datel Tool will flash any PSP, Fat or Slim from any region with CFW 3.80m33-5

For the update you’ll require the following three items

1. A genuine memory stick Pro Duo (over 64mb) but not bigger than 4GB, here’s a 512mb one at a good price (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater.
