Is anyone else getting a really bad signal resently and very bad tonnight?

I suppose it all depends on your area matey. I'm not having probs in Derbyshire.

I may be in danger of teaching grandmma to suck eggs but.

Make sure your cable connectors are not loose and are making a good earth.
Check any scart plugs haven't slipped.
A good quality high gain ariel works wonders.
Are you using the best transmitter for your area?
Any new obstructions near your equipment/ariel?
Check out if neighbours with freeview are having similar problems.
you were not very specific - Is it channel related? ie do you have the correct decoding info in your box? or is it the same on FTA?

I live in a strong signal area. For the last few months though, channel 5 has taken ages to load (on both freeview boxes) anyone have this problem?

If you have an old signal booster lying around the house - may b an idea to try it! :)
