Hi

I am just looking to get Sky plus, so phoned sky and they offered me a 80Gb sky+ box for £65.

Is this the best deal i would get? Has anyone got a better deal?

Thanks

I think they cancel your subscription but keep withdrawing from your account

has anybody experienced your subscription being cancelled and then you find out that they have withdrawn money from your account.

Just a word to the wise if you have already had an account within a household no matter where you live Sky can charge you full price for the box and the install so this includes you your partner I know 500 quid just before christmas last yr took them 5 mths before they contacted me fought with lawyers and lost.
not worth the hassle as well being honest with them rather than nasty suprise as if you push the cancel if they have any offers they will give them to you normally as good as new customers

Hi, I signed up for it at 49, plus 2 premium channels free for 6 months free instalation also. at the Braehead area glasgow. however they took £160 from my account and didnt install it on the day they said they would. I phoned to cancel and was refunded and given the Sky+ box free!! and free instalation and the two footie chanels free for 6 months!!:) :) :)
Make sure though that you are put through to cancellations as they are the only people who seem to really know what they are doing or have any authority to do it with!! HOPE THIS HELPS
