There's been a lot said about the Nintendo Wii - just when I've come round to thinking it's probably worth having one everyone's out of stock. Is it all its hyped up to be? Is it worth hunting one down? Your thoughts/experience appreciated.

It was in the news a couple of months back that some of the places that sell the wii (argos was one) will be raising the price of it before christmas because so many people want to buy it but the factories that make it couldnt make enough to cope with the demand.

get a cheap flight to malaga,(you can get returns as cheap as ?40 including tax.) and toys r us is walking distance from airport - 249 euros.
If your buying a load its cheaper to post back than paying excess on baggage.
Plus buy a load of fags and booze and the money you save on that more than pays for the flight.

You can buy them from amazon but 258 quid is the cheapest they have coming from pixmania for a new one, second hand ones are almost as expensive. Anyone paying them prices for a wii and wii sports is being rippoed of.

Look in Argos, my local one has had them stacked up in a pile behind the counter for a couple of days so they must have loads of them in stock, only bad thing you cant reserve for in store pickup or home delivery.
