I bought mine as a "DM600-C PVR" at To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. for ?199 + ?10 delivery charges = ?209. I think they're based in Germany.

Excellent communications - Was kept in the loop throughout about order pickup/order processing/posting.

They've got a "Special Offer" on at the moment for the DM600-C (?199) which normally lists in their "Cable Receivers" section for ?229.

If you're looking to have the option of changing tuners, then buy the 600-C (?199) + satellite tuner(?19) = 218. Works out cheaper than buying the 600-S (195) + Cable tuner (?40) = 235.

I know you can get them slighly cheaper on Fleabay... but i wanted peace-of-mind, especially when you hear the nasty stories about the 500c clones.

Come on guys... Is somebody doing any great deals? How much did you buy yours for? From where? What was your experience with the shop?

Not bad at all !! Very quick and cheap postage to boot. Mine arrived very well packed in I think 2-3 days.

I remember checking Satstore, it was out of the 600pvrs when I was about to buy one.

Update on dvb-shop24 & Satstore:

Although I did get the box at ?199 (+10 shipping) from dvb-shop24, I didn't get the satellite backplate... and I do need them now!! Groaaannn... I think the ?239 for the DVB-C will include the backplates... but ?30 for backplates !?!?! Must be made of gold !!

Anyway, just something you should be aware of before placing your order...

With that in mind, Satstore does seem to be a much better option (199 box + 29 tuner + 10 postage). Mark replied quite quickly when I asked him about the backplates. Ordered a DM600-PVR for my bro and a DVB-S tuner for myself.

I bought mine for 200 pounds from SatStore from Ebay. 50 pounds for the hard disk. BE CAREFUL! There are cheaper ones out there but most likely are fakes. I would recommend only buying from an official Dream distributor.
