Im a big fan of asian movies, (more so Japanese and Korean) and love asian horror the most.
Tons of hollywood movie companys have done remakes of asian movies, Ring, Grudge, and Departed for example.
So ive a few questions for those of you who do like asian movies.
What the one movie you recommend time and time again?

Who do you think tells a better story, Hollywood or the Japanese/Korean/Chinese movies that can influence hollywood movies so much.

I loved Battle Royale (Japanese), Casshern (Japanese), and 3Iron (Korean).

Not to take anything away from the big B but i've not seen Sholay yet (just never got around to it!), but i heard they are doing a remake?

You have to see the Battle Royal films. Ringu and Enter the Dragon are my other favourites.

I'm a massive asian movie buff.

If your into asian horror I'd recommend the thai horror "the shutter" I personnally found it scarier than the ring and grudge.
I've heard Hollywood have the rights to remake it aswell.

Other big favourites are "Tom Yum Goong" "Ong Bak" (both thai action movies)
Shaolin soccer (I'm a long time Stephen Chow fan)

To be honest there's not many I don't get to see.
