bit like gold audio leads these
a complete waste of money.

as long as it is a full or control scart lead, there are no good or bad.
best way is look at the diameter of the cable
if it is about 1cm thick it's full
if its thinner its not

Have to dissagree, I bought a new dvd player and the picture was rubbish on it and as advised in richersounds I bought a new scart lead from but went to argos to get it and it made a big difference to the picture quality, and no it wasnt a cheap dvd player. They dont have my scart lead any more but it was something like this one Shop for Thor 1.5M SCART to SCART Cable. at Argos.co.uk (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. but my one was only 20 quid.

If you want a really high quality one VDC Trading (owners of Van Damme Cable) can hand make(solder) you one using their broadcast quality mini video multicore. It does make a difference to picture quality especially to long runs. It will prob cost around ?30.
