Digg - Uncap the iPod nano's (or any iPod's) volume level! (http://digg.com/apple/Uncap_the_iPod_nano_s_(or_any_iPod_s)_volume_level _)

My PC died just after I bought an iPod nano and ripped all of CDs. I adjusted the volumes of the songs, renamed some, rated them all etc.... but it crashed before I got round to backing it up. This means that I have all that information on the iPod but I've had to reinstall iTunes on my new hard disk - is there any way I can replicate the iPod onto the PC rather than the usual PC to iPod?

Thanks!

cant you plug your ipod in as an external drive and copy all music to a folder? im sure i did last year. DONT SYNC YOUR IPOD WITH THE NEW COMPUTER'S EMPTY ITUNES LIBRARY - YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!!!
