I'm a lover of boxing! BUT in recent years is more than loosing its appeal I think! the big names have disappeared and now there is a new revalation in fighting!

mixed martial arts UFC is far more entertaining i'd say!
would love anyones input who disagree's!

regards
simon

Don't know about anyone else but any time I've seen UFC is just two guys rollin around the canvas hugging each other, can't beat a good boxing match

MMA is good but it depends on who you watch Hong Man, Ian Freeman, Chuck Liddell, Matt Hughes people like them wont do much rolling around they just like to knock people out as quick as they can.

Mixed martial Arts has already has taken over from boxing and is the boiggest pay per view sport in America. Boxing is good to watch but only if you get good opponents. There is very occasionally a diamond in the rough and most fights are more politics than anything else these days. I mean look at Calzaghe hes awesome and the proper matches dodged him for years so promoters could pursue more cash. The promoters have spoiled boxing.

I'm a huge boxing fan but have to agree, there's too much politics in boxing now, very hard to get the best fights on...

Just recently have become a fan of the UFC and absolutely luvin it, Chuck Lidell, Tito Ortiz, Randy Coture, guys are awsome and ready fight..

Best of to Mike Bisping , saw him in UFC Fighter 3 and likes a god scrap....bit of a way to go before he's up with Chuck & Tito
