Anyone using Mame to play retro style games on PC's, if so would like to exchange info, already build a cabinet and running stripped down XP and Mame.

Been using mame since stumbling upon it by mistake in '97 whilst looking for n64 roms. It's real breath of fresh air and although i'm not using any cabinets, it's being played on my pc's or laptops. For ease of use I use mame32 and currently have about 6300 romsets. Would be interesting when laser disc games are fully added such as Dragons Lair or Space Ace. Have given up lately as still playing other emus, consoles and work getting in the way of free time. Newsgroups are good for romsets ie alt.binaries.emulators.mame and there are even 'mameburners' dotted around who will burn you the entire collection if you send them the blanks. Just cannot thank the devs enough who pour their lives into this great piece of work. :)
