Hi, I have a budget of ?700 and I am wanting an LCD, either 26" or 32" (preferable), any advise on what I should get? I was thinking of the Toshiba 32WLT66..would you agree this is the best for my money? I can pick it up for ?650 with 5year guarantee

Richer Sounds are selling a 32" Panasonic HD Viera LCD at ?699 - I have one and can recommend it. Extra four year guarantee is 10% of the screen price (if I remember correctly) i.e. another ?70

Hi There I had the same problem, plus LSD or Plasma.
After looking around web sits and forums,
Finally I decided on a LCD TV, and chose the 26` SHARP AQuos.
After shopping around payed ?399,with a glass stand.
Good Hunting

As a satisfied customer, I'd strongly recommend having a look at Micro Direct Ltd - Quality Computer Components (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. for bargains on 32 inch TVs.

If your budget will stretch to it, buy the 40" Samsung LE40R74BD (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Its contrast ratio, at 5000:1, is far better than most other LCD TVs, and is comparable with that of plasma screens.

Its pixel resolution (1366x768) should make it ready for 720p HDTV (unlike some plasma screens of similar price, which have far fewer pixels.) I bought one for 855 pounds a month ago: this site has them for just under 840 pounds delivered.

I should add that the TV has narrow speakers that sit underneath the screen. The horizontal width of the TV is just under a metre; it fits into smaller spaces than most other TVs of the same screen size.
