The Benn vs McClellan fight was good but McClellan gave up and thats why Benn won. Benn vs Eubanks were classics and Benn vs Watson was good to.

Nigel Benn's 1995 world title victory over Gerald McClellan in NY was brutal. It was beautiful and ugly, thrilling and frightening. And in the decisive round, those who saw it knew the intensity had gone too far. This is the real story of the night that left a fearsome fighter irreparably brain-damaged. I will never forget this fight both men give it there all untill one broke. Both men never gave up!

Gerald "G-Man" McClellan buy the way.

All three fights between these two was good. I rember one of them Gatti hit Ward so hard he broke his wrist! Gatti was amazed to see Ward get up after landing it.

Benn vs Eubank were brilliant fights, Eubank v Collins was superb.
Though Thomas "The Hitman" Hearns vs "Marvellous" Marvin Hagler On April 15th 1985 takes some beating as the best/most brutal bout of boxing ever seen.
see here Hagler v Hearns - Eight unforgettable minutes that made me a fight fan for life (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. for a review of the fight.
There are many more to choose, Ali Vs anybody, Duran,Sugar Ray...the list goes on and on .

Listened on the radio to the historical / controversial fight between Sonny Liston and Cassius Clay when I was eight years old , cant remember much about it lol.

But later loved watching Barry McGuigan fights. Any one of them could be my favourite.
Then (smarmy)Eubank v Benn were classics. Thought I'd hated Eubanks until the Watson fight. Then I knew I did.

In that fight Watson punched him all over the place, he got off of the floor and threw one mad punch that ended Watson's career. Was glad when Collins gubbed him.
