I am thinking of buying one of these tomorrow but cant find any proper details about it like how close I would have to be to the pc and how many dpi is the mouse and what buttons does it have. I would like to buy a wireless keyboard on its own "not a gaming one" but cant find any . its a three button wheel mouse not sure what you mean by dpi with a mouse
the range is very good , i can get 20ft easy at work.
it works via a 2.4GHz USB dongle.
there CAN be confilcts with wireless networks though.
you wil need to put this on say ch.10. and your wireless on ch.1. if it is the version you can change channel on/
just be aware it goes batty if a microwave is used nearby
very weird until you get to know what te hell is going on!

dpi stands for dots per inch and the more the better my microsoft wireless mouse is 1600 and I think this one is about the same but the manual dosent say, I bought one of these today and I like it but have only started using it it says in the manual that there is 78 different channels and it automaticaly switches when it conflicts with something. %u00A330 was alright for it but would have been pissed if I bought it for %u00A369.99 before christmas.

this is the keyboard by the way, found it last night advent are pcworld rebranded goods something I didnt know. SPEED-LINK Online-Shop by J?llenbeck (http://shop.speed-link.de/index.php?sid=a356c0af552fe9606856564e122f54d4&n=1&un=1&syssel=31&show=10&p=1&pnum=SL-6468)
