My bro makes them cola-cube shots and they are powerful, probably the same as a stiffy.

Firstly thanks for letting me know what a "Stiffy" was. I thought it was just Lainies wishful thinking ;).
We used to drink "Hobart Muddys" when I was in the army; Pernod and coke. went down great, trouble was too many and it came up great as well. :pepsi:  :puke:

Always drink that with a bottle of champagne every christmas tastes nice and gets you blocked.

black velvet mmmmmmmmmmmm...and gets you rockin aswell, must admit though apart from my wedding night ive allways had to have it with cider i suppose the champers ads a touch of class but didnt realy make that much difference to me tbh,for me though the ultimate drink although not an unusual one is vodka redbull(or no frills equivolent)with lots of ice.

Red Cola, you can get it in Scotland and Norn Iron not sure about England but.

35ml Spiced Rum, 10ml Blackcurrant Cordial and lemonade. Add ice to a highball glass, add spiced rum and blackcurrant, top up with lemonade.

Right so there's a lot of alcoholic drinks around, but here's a challenge. I would like a nice non alcohlic drink that I can drink all night, without it filling me with wind (like pop) or mking me as fat as a house and too full to move (like milk) or giving me a severe case of the sh1t's (like fruit juice). This is for when I want to party but have to drive. It's not so easy to find something you can actually drink all night without adverse effects. Water just does'nt cut it for me and it bloats you up as well when taken in large quantities.
Any ideas, what works for the drivers among you? :drink4: :car:

OK in the short term but if your used to drinking pints for several hours I think you would get the same bloated feeling plus the overactive bowel syndrome from the Robinsons! Whatever happened to the non alcoholic beer they were so keen on a few years ago?

You can still get non alcoholic beer these days but its stinking, they sell it in most off licences even though theres no alcohol in it.

Am I the only one to remember draught alcohol free bitters and lagers? They were supposed to be the savior of the British working class drinkers and drivers in the 1970's 80';s I think? As I recall it wasn't half bad but the government of the day decided that it was far more important to charge the same amount of duty on it as alcohol, which negated it's sales and potentially life saving qualities in favor of profits? It was not popular then because it cost the same price as normal beer. If it had been cheaper to buy as it was cheaper to produce because there was no fermenting process needed, it might have been a different story? In todays more enlightened world I think such a product should be re introduced, so long as the government put it's money where it's mouth is?

But does it taste nice? I used to drink snakebite (cider and beer) and it does get you blocked because its not nice and you usualy knock it back.

I used to like Snakebites, back in the day when we were all learning to drink and thought it was clever. Lager and black was another fad for a while, sounds horrible now LOL. Probably because we did'nt have much money and didn't really like the taste of beer anyway when we were about 17.
I don't think I could stomach either of them now. As for Magnu's Red Diesel , the next time I feel like a bit of masochism I might give it a whirl. :-a :puke:
