try cleaning the contacts on the card, the goldy coloured bit. make sure there are no scrapes. an also make sure programmer is connected an installed properly.

its a brand new purple fun4 from jabsplace. Didn't suppose it needed cleaning. I will try it.

have you installed the programmer correctly, (drivers and software), does it show connected (bottom left of infinty software). also rem when you first install the programmer turn off all autodetect settings
options>general>advanced turn off all.

on second thoughts its the eeprm in has trouble verifying. if you tick disable verify of ext.eeprom in options the the exteeprom writes ok, but fails on the int.eep.

I am totally lost now.

On a normal fun using rst method
You only write the flash and int.eep not the ext.eeprom

a aufun using RHv11 method
you write the ext.eeprom and flash only.

Try what a normal fun or aufun
put ird in forwards for both.

tried a AU but i still get the "could not verify location" error. Could the card be faulty. If you try a autodetect it says there is no eeprom?

looking at that screenie the card has been read succesfully so i cant see any probs with contacts, when writing the card make sure you erase all (just to be safe) then (for au fun) load a bin created with your bk/ird into exteep, write exteep, load flash v2 for your area, write flash, load crypthexeep to inteep write. all done. ive sent the files i use to se if that resolves the problem as everything else seems to be ok.

ok, I have tried this. When I try to write the flash file I get the could not verify location error. I have sent an e-mail to Jaabs, but have no reply as yet.

use toxic 6/7 to make your bin
open your software load the flash load and load the bin to external
you will have to click bin at the bottom when selecting as it looks fo a hex
so load it as a bin then it should write ok from there
