Was on a cholesterol-lowering diet and took it a bit too far causing a vitamin deficiency.

Now I eat meat & dairy products in moderation.

I went on a diet similar to the atkins but better.

you eat low carb protiens fried if you like and after 2-3 hours you can eat high fiber carbs....but not more than 3 slices of bread in a day.

This worked quite well for me. great because i could go to the cafe and have egg bacon tomatoes and mushrooms with my co-workers (builders).

Another good takeaway on this diet is chicken shish kebab but dont eat the bread

you need these little perks to keep you intrested.

My biggest downfall is drinking at the weekends

I am doing Weight watches at the moment. Lose 12 lbs in 4 weeks.

First week near killed me. Now all I eat is Rabbit Food,a nd vegtables by the plateful and every thing else in small quantities. Tuna in brine is quite good for a diet, low points/cals and fat. Makes your breath stink if you eat too much though.

Not much cop.

I go to the gym 3 times a week just to keep my weight the same. I just love food and booze too much to give it up.

I try and eat 3 sensible meals a day plus plenty of water and fruit during the week. then splash out a bit at the weekend, maybe go for a curry etc.

Its too hard sometimes to resist

i remember reading that in experiments. people who ate around 7o'clock in the evening and stuffed their faces as much as they wanted lost weight. while others given the 3 meals a day put weight on. i dont know what they were feeding them tho.
i say eat healthy and exercise. easy

My partner told me about a McKeith product which is not a diet but changing what you eat to improve your health. In the process you should lose weight as well. However, it does cost around £35. My partner found it on Dr. Gillian McKeith Personal Health Profile (http://www.drgillian.com)

I am on one as well. Best idea is to eat right & exercise. If you not sure about eating right , join weight watchers or Scottish SLimmers. Takes the guess work out of it for you

A basic, easy and good diet
ShoutWire - Lose Weight The Clever Way! Part 1 (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Very good, basically drink lots of water every day, eat 4 - 5 small meals a day, don't eat anything starchy, sugary etc within 4 hours before sleeping (this allows your body to start burning fat while you sleep).
All good...
