freesat dish
Hi guys, looking for a little advice if I can, I have a humax Hd box, I finally got round to plugging it in to try (after 2 years Sat in its packaging) and I get no signal, I had it connected to the sky dish that's been on the side of my house for years, the oval mesh type. The box has 2 inputs, which I fitted a jump lead to try out. I was planning on a dual lnb anyway but am I better off replacing the dish too. I didn't have the box on very long as I'm a little paranoid with the manual saying the receiver could be damaged, is this correct, and a common thing?
Many thanks
Steve

If I was you I would get a new Dish with a twin lnb fitted ...... and should not cost that much to buy.

Ok thanks for the advice guys, I'll look out for a new dish and dual lnb. I'll search for channel info on astra too, maybe worth my while splashing out a bit more cash if there's some good channels on it. Thanks again
