It doesn?t get much more authentic than this. Not until the first leaves fall, and Apple stages another revered product announcement event, gloating about iPhone 6?s ?perfect size? and multiple paramount upgrades.

The September ETA, rumored several times before in predominantly fishy reports, is beginning to materialize, thanks to international news agency Bloomberg and its illustriously rock-solid sources. Apparently, production on Apple?s largest smartphones to date will kick off next month, both the 4.7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 being thus on track for an early autumn commercial launch.

Unless something comes up. Like manufacturing glitches, tipped by slightly less reputable Taiwanese publications for the 4.7-inch iPhone 5s sequel. Assuming we?re not being tricked, the more compact iPhablet could roll out in limited batches in September, on account of Catcher, one of the handheld?s chassis makers, botching up assembly.

As in horribly mismanaging the manufacture process, with cracks and imperfections allegedly visible on prototype iPhone 6 frames. Hence, Apple purportedly terminated the collaboration, increasing the responsibilities of other partners. Namely, Foxconn and Jabil.

But the two are unlikely to handle the extra workload so far down production line, thus raising concerns of low yields. Sounds like trouble in the Cupertino paradise, although the 5.5-inch iPhone 6, rumored to feature a curved glass screen, ?enhanced sensors? (whatever that means) and a rounder and thinner design, should still hit the jackpot. Won?t it?
