Those readings are ok for that channel and wont be causing the freezing issue if the sig is consistent, monitor it for a min and see if it drops below 65%
does it freeze on every pay channel or just some?

I watched it for a while and it was reasonably steady.. it freezes on most channels that we watch, certain ones like sci fi more than others

Its point to a server issue to me if its freezing on all pay channels.

I have moved to the same server as my parents use. Theres is fine and mine is still dodgy

I am wondering if a VIX upgrade is available to then update all the software, just in case its a setting

I set up a VU+ Duo for my in-laws a while back, they are on the same server as me but there box does seem to glitch and freeze more than my Skybox F5s does, I am convinced it's their internet, but they have Virgin Fibre optic so it should be fine.

Recently I switched to using mgcamd as the server recommended it instead of CCcam and found that this caused more glitches and freezes, I have since switched back to using CCcam and it's been much better.

I am not familiar with how each one works, but perhaps more of the users are using mgcamd than cccam and therefore I benefit from it?

If I remember correctly on the VU Duo you can have a CCcam client running alongside another and can select between them with the blue button, therefore it might be worth installing CCcam 2.1.4 (I know this version works ok) and aslo putting another line in "keys" folder for mgcamd and watch the same channel for 10 mins on each cam client and see which has the least freezes.

stick the whole folder[ vuplus/ duo/image [ 3 files ] on a usb stick [ nothing else on the stick just the image folder] switch the box off, put usb stcik into the front usb s lot, switch the unit on and watch the ld display as it will tell you when the image has been loaded, it will tell you to switch off the box, remove the usb stick, switch the box back on, and follow the instructions ?????

Change you cam m8, and see what happens, it just might be an issue, and re-check all connections, yea you must be getting piss off by now m8, but its seems like there is something silly going on here ???, also, take out all plugins apart from the ones that come with the image, to see if this helps, but do one change at a time and see what the results are !!
