Windows 7 Password Recovery
Please could you help me in requiring my password, I am running windows 7 and my laptop it's useless. I am running a old computer to access the internet at this moment, inorder to resolve this problem. Please could anyone help for i cannot resolve it and i am desperate to use my computer again Thankyou.

Will bypass it Hidden Content but not reset,need set it in bios for USB or CD depending on what one you use
add: when you have set cd/usb in bios and put the disk/usb stick in let it run and when the box comes up to put password in just hit enter ;-)

Hirens boot disk has utils to remove passwords from win7

Thank you all for the replies, I found something called windows NT password and Registre editor, It does all of windows os. I will try the links that you have provided for further ref's.

I have a USB stick with backtrack linux on it that I've used to erase passwords before, it might be ophcrack (as mentioned above), IIRC there's an option to view the password, which might help if you've used the same password for other things, I've never tried that though so don't know how well it works.
