Zapping is super fast, no internal HDD, only USB HDD. Timeshift is possible to USB HDD.
Current image's, there is OpenAAF image (based on Openpli) and Team Red image (pretty similar to Black Hole/Dream Elite). Hopefully in the near future another well known team will have an image also Hidden Content
At ?169 its makes this receiver the cheapest GENUINE Linux Enigma 2 receiver available in the UK that works as Enigma 2 should work.

Re: Introducing the new GiGaBlue HD800SE Linux Enigma 2 Digital Satellite Receiver
Zapping is to go automatically from one channel to another chosen one.
My VU Duo is set up to automatically update the epg and zap to a freesat channel and 5 mins later to zap to an encrypted channel early morning when I am not watching it.
It can also be used to zap to a channel you have set a program reminder on to watch at a certain time.
It can be set up like that in the main menu.

ahh I see, thanks mate, often wondered about that, Hidden Content , so its something that I wont be using then as basically the wife just likes to use my duo like normal without anything else as she finds it complicated enough as it is going from bouqet to bouqet etc, Hidden Content , plus I dont even watch the box really unless it was a really good movie on or the football, so I guess I will just leave out zappity zap, Hidden Content .
Thanks for explaining though mate, appreciated Hidden Content
